Cataclysm Raiding

In regards to all cata raids though, there are some points to understand. First of all, BE READY when it's time to raid. If you sign up that means you will be there at least 10 mins early. Too many people sign up and don't show and that really is a bunch of crap. If you are not sure that you will definitely be there, put yourself in as "Tentative". Second, be repaired before you get there, not everybody has repairbots and repair vendors aren't at all the raids. Third, bring what you need. This means flasks, potions, and food. You should bring your own flasks because the ones in the GB are for making cauldrons. If you can't cook, don't sweat it so much because several of us can make the seafood feast. You should get some buff food just in case though. Ask a guild cook to make you something in the GB if you don't want to pay in AH for it. Also, to make raiding go smoother, get you beverages by your side and (like long road trips) bio before you start. Now the big one. You must watch at least a couple of videoes from the net about the specific boss fight we will be working on. I am getting better at raid leading, but sometimes I miss something, so after the RL explains, they will give members a chance to add any additional info and answer questions. Wipes are a part of learning, but unnecessary wipes due to ignorance are inexcusable. About gear now; if your gear isn't up to snuff don't expect to go, nuff said. FL Bosses=355 item score at a minimum. I'm all about having fun folks, it is a game after all, but when the RL calls for quiet on vent, you need to cut your conversation and listen.
